Who writes our content

Medicova's question banks and exam guides are written by qualified healthcare professionals and medical educators with experience in the relevant specialty and exam.

Every question bank and guide carries a byline naming the person who wrote it and the medical professional who reviewed it, each with their stated credentials. You can follow the byline to that person's profile.

How content is reviewed

Content is checked by a medical reviewer before publication for clinical accuracy and alignment with the official exam blueprint it prepares candidates for.

Each page shows the date it was last reviewed. We revisit content on a regular cycle and when an exam blueprint, guideline or regulation changes.

How we handle exam facts and figures

Exam facts — question counts, durations, pass marks, fees and registration steps — are taken from primary sources, such as the relevant licensing authority's own published materials.

Where a figure cannot yet be confirmed against a primary source, it is not published as fact. We would rather omit a number than state one we cannot stand behind.

Ratings and reviews

We only display a rating where it reflects genuine, verified feedback from people who have used the product. We never present enrolment or learner counts as if they were ratings.

Corrections

If you believe something on Medicova is inaccurate or out of date, please tell us and we will review it. Confirmed corrections are applied and the page's last-reviewed date is updated.
