Saudi Medical Licensing Exam

About the SMLE exam

The Saudi Medical Licensing Exam (SMLE) is the exam physicians sit to license and practise in Saudi Arabia. It is administered under the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and delivered as a computer-based Prometric test, so you will also see it referred to simply as the SCFHS exam.

The paper is multiple-choice, drawn from the internal-medicine-heavy core of clinical practice and mapped to the SCFHS blueprint for your classification level. Because the whole result rests on the written MCQ score, timed question practice with worked explanations is the most efficient way to prepare — you rehearse both the content and the exam-day pacing.

Eligibility follows your medical qualification and the classification you apply for; registration runs through Mumaris+ with DataFlow verification alongside your Prometric booking. The banks below prepare you against the same blueprint the SMLE draws from.
